TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Custom Orders are not subject to cancellation or return

  • All custom orders require pre-payment, unless customer has an established account with terms.  Government agencies may substitute pre-payment with a Municipal/Government Purchase Order.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain written approval on all copyrighted, Trademarked, Licensed, or otherwise protected material.  KB Emblem reserves the right to refuse to produce any item with a protected logo, if written approval is not provided

  • We also reserve the right to refuse any order which we deem to be offensive or may otherwise violate any laws.

  • Due to various spelling of names and locations, we DO NOT KORRECT SPELLING. It is the customers responsibility to review final art on all orders for correct spelling.

  • By placing order customer implies that they checked all spelling, layout and colors and they are all correct

  • Every effort will be made to deliver orders in time frames agreed upon. However we cannot be responsible for delays caused by common carrier, sub-contractors, suppliers, or delays caused by weather or other catastrophic events.

  • Any order shipped incorrect due to a factory error or defect will be replaced at no cost to customer. If requested, customer must supply any and all documentation of defect.  Our liability  is limited to the defective item(s) only.

  • It is the customers responsibility to notify carrier of any shipment damaged or lost in transit. Customer must keep damaged packaging and any damaged items until claim is settled with carriers insurance. Customer should also notify KB Emblem of claim so we may assist in expediting claim and make arrangements for any replacements.
